Routes To Work South, based in Larkhall, is seeking factory operatives for multiple trainee positions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn all aspects of window fabrication and production. Candidates should have attention to detail, physical fitness for manual labor tasks, and a willingness to learn. A good timekeeping record and the ability to accurately follow instructions are essential. CSCS certification is preferred, and the closing date for applications is Friday, 5th June 2026.
