Key Responsibilities
– Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard
– Deliver efficient service during busy morning periods
– Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
– Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organisation at all times
– Assist with food preparation and stock rotation
– Work effectively as part of a professional kitchen team
Essential Skills & Experience
– Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie
– Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
– Ability to work well under pressure
– Good time management and organisational skills
– Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
