Responsibilities in your new role as Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include meticulous food preparation, efficient stock control, and timely ordering of supplies to maintain smooth service. You will uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times, ensuring all relevant records are completed daily. Furthermore, you will consistently comply with all Company Policies and Procedures, contributing to a professional and well organised kitchen environment.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for an individual with a flexible approach to work, someone who can seamlessly integrate into a team while also demonstrating the ability to work effectively as an individual.
