The company s brand portfolio includes Elizabeth Arden skincare, colour, and fragrance brands. We are looking for a beauty consultant to work x hours over x days.
Responsibilities
- Face of Elizabeth Arden counter, ensuring exemplary customer service and product knowledge delivered on counter each day.
- Manage, motivate, and develop the team to successfully achieve the accounts business plan and targets.
- Promote the brand and build the business through passion for beauty and skincare.
- Deliver high standard of customer service and create the right environment to deliver results.
- Coach, support, and develop the team to build skills, competencies, ambitious goals, and retail growth.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and management to build positive relationships.
- Provide genuine and friendly service and advice to customers seeking the best in beauty products.
- Drive retail sales on your counter and work as a team to hit counter targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service at a beauty counter or similar role.
- Commitment to hitting targets by engaging customers with enthusiasm for products and services and by being an excellent team player.
- Experience in RDSE service.
