What we need in a nutshell

We are looking for a qualified Spa Therapist to act as a Team Leader, who can make our guests feel pampered and special and help the Spa Manager with the day to day spa operations.

As one of our 27 parks, set in 650 acres of idyllic Angus countryside, Piperdam combines superb accommodation and award winning facilities to create the ultimate Scottish Experience. Our facilities include our Room with a View restaurant and Howie’s bar. Given our location please consider your route to and from work.

Working with ELEMIS, award winning products, you will mainly be carrying out massages and facials.

Your role will include

• Carrying out a range of massage and beauty treatments with expertise, care and friendliness
• Assisting the Spa Manager and acting as a Team Leader to the wonderful team
• Ensuring the Spa is clean, well presented and welcoming
• Selling and booking treatments and products and handling transactions
• Enhancing the client journey by recommending and retailing products
• Contributing to team meetings with ideas to improve our service and profitability

Bank holidays and weekends are part of the schedule, so you’ll need to work during these times.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

• Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent, with experience in massage, facials and body treatments is essential.
• Experience in manicure, pedicure, waxing, complementary therapies, lash and brow treatments is advantageous.
• Great customer service and calming communication skills.
• IT and sales skills.
• A willingness to work positively as part of a team.

It’s advantageous if you have worked with ELEMIS but if you haven’t, we provide training.
