About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Non Pharmacist Manager to lead our team. As a manager, you will play a vital role in improving patient health and wellbeing through your leadership and customer centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, managing the team, ensuring efficient completion of tasks, implementing new initiatives to drive business growth, promoting and delivering services, and providing a great customer experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

A candidate should have a proven track record in community pharmacy management, stay up to date with industry trends, possess a positive attitude, embrace change, and have a passion for outstanding patient care in the local community.

Work Details

  • Working Hours: 32hrs – FTC (9 months)
  • Pattern: Tuesday-Friday 08:30-18:00
  • Rate of Pay: ROP + £1.44 Supplement
  • Branch: Abercromby – 186/188 Abercromby Street, Bridgeton, Glasgow, G40 2RZ
