A leading support organization is looking for a Children and Young People Outreach Specialist to provide person-centred support to neurodivergent youth in a hybrid role. You will engage directly with children and young people, helping them navigate their challenges and build positive plans for well-being. This position primarily offers home-based work, with required travel within the central region. It’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people up to age 25.
