Job Overview
We are recruiting to the First Contact Physiotherapy (FCP) service in NHS Highland. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the FCP team, providing non clinical administrative support to Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners based in primary care. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is a good team player with interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Providing non clinical administrative support to Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners in primary care settings. Supporting remote and in office operations, including managing schedules, correspondence, data entry and communication across the NHS Highland team.
Requirements
- Interest in working within a health care setting providing non clinical support.
- Strong computer and organisational skills.
- Ability to utilise remote options and various communication methods.
- Full current driving licence and use of a car for work purposes.
Working Conditions & Benefits
- Office accommodation available at Raigmore Hospital with remote or hybrid working options.
- Effective 1 April 2026 – full time working week reduced to 36 hours with an increase in hourly rate to maintain pay.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
