Part Time Receptionist
Location: St Brycedale’s Surgery
Salary/Banding: (£25,485-£25,871)
Hours: 15 hours per week (5 hours daily, three days a week). Friday is required; other two days are flexible. Work may include an extended hour shift until 6:45 pm on a rotational basis.
St Brycedale’s Surgery is a four partner GP practice in the heart of Fife, serving a diverse community.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident, clear communication within the workplace
- Team player with the ability to work independently under pressure
- Highly accurate and detail oriented
- Problem solving ability, initiative and independent thinking
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements
- Flexible availability to cover staff absence, holidays, and overtime
Duties
- Reception and administration work to support the smooth operation of the practice
- Signpost patients, manage appointments, prescription requests, and general enquiries
- Assist and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team
- Competency with GP clinical systems is advantageous
- Previous public facing experience is essential; medical background preferred but not required
