Job Description
Introduction
This application process is only for final year UK mental health nursing students who wish to be considered for Mental Health Nurse bank posts at Midpark Hospital.
Midpark is a purpose built mental health hospital providing care across six inpatient clinical areas. We strive to provide high standards of safe, effective and patient centred care in partnership with the wider multi disciplinary team. We are looking for reliable and dependable nurses to join our nurse bank to enable safe staffing and cover periods of staffing shortfalls.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality, person centred care as a Band 5 Staff Nurse.
- Cover shifts through the loop app with a variety of shift patterns to suit flexible work.
- Support the mental health teams across Midpark Hospital.
Qualifications and Experience
- Final year UK mental health nursing student or NMC registrant.
- Demonstrated understanding of the key roles and responsibilities of the Band 5 Staff Nurse role.
- Motivated, enthusiastic and forward thinking registered nurse committed to high quality care.
