Lettings Negotiator – The Role

A Lettings Negotiator is required for Hunters’ client, a successful and independent property agency in Brighton with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Tenant enquiries
  • Booking viewings
  • Conducting viewings
  • Discussing applications with landlords
  • Submitting referencing
  • Check ins
  • Maintenance management

The Ideal Candidate

  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills
  • Professional, ambitious and eager to learn
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
