Job Description

Join our friendly team at the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice Shop on Duke Street! We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic volunteers to help support our work raising vital funds for hospice care.

Schedule

  • Monday morning
  • Tuesday afternoon
  • Saturday morning

What you’ll do

  • Welcome and assist customers
  • Sort and price donated items
  • Help display stock on the shop floor
  • Operate the till (training provided)
  • Keep the shop tidy and well-presented

What we’re looking for

  • Friendly and dependable attitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • No retail experience required – full support and training given

Additional Information

Location: Duke Street in Glasgow’s East End, close to local shops and services.

Travel: Bus routes along Duke Street; nearest train station Bellgrove, about 5-10 minute walk; limited on street parking; walking distance from Dennistoun area.

Minimum age: 16 years old.
