Responsibilities

  • Make bulk deliveries of LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) on time and safely, day in and day out.
  • Ensure customers are always connected to the energy they need, come rain or shine.
  • Collaborate with the driver team to understand routes, offer assistance when needed, and support each other in preparing for deliveries.
  • Maintain a calm, unflappable approach and commit to ensuring everyone’s health, safety and wellbeing is protected.
  • Keep in touch with the team and stay flexible to help customers; nights out (tramping) will be required as part of this role depending on depot.
  • Have a willingness to learn new ways of doing things and keep improving service for customers.

Qualifications

  • LGV Class 1 licence.
  • ADR in Tanks with minimum class 2 gases (ideally).
  • Driver CPC and valid Driver’s Digital Tachograph Card, plus sound knowledge of driving hours and tachograph regulations.
  • Willingness to have a DBS check.
