About you
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury 4/5 star Hotel Spa environment.
- Current UK beauty therapy Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) with competence in facials, massage, nail and foot treatments, including gel nail application; preferred experience with Elemis, Comfort Zone and Ishga product houses.
- Driven to deliver outstanding and memorable customer service.
- Excellent at building rapport, making guests feel at home, relaxed, and creating magical memories.
- High emotional intelligence, anticipating guest needs and delivering a Hand Picked experience.
- Professional, organised, friendly, and proactive in anticipating guest needs.
