Job Description

About the Role

Lead Practitioner in Pathways To Rehab – a collaborative development between Turning Point Scotland and Inverclyde Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service (ADRS). The role is hosted by Inverclyde ADRS as part of the Addiction Liaison Team and involves delivering support to adults with a wide range of needs, either one to one or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualised, person centred support to adults in residential rehabilitation.
  • Encourage and facilitate clients to achieve personal outcomes in areas such as safety, meaningful activity, community involvement, physical and emotional health.
  • Collaborate with families, health and social work professionals, advocacy services and other staff to create holistic care plans.
  • Support smooth transition of clients from residential rehab into the local community and follow up services.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to programme outcome monitoring.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Full time commitment of 37 hours per week; permanent contract.
  • Salary £26,076 – £29,144 per annum (£13.55 – £15.15 per hour).
  • IT skills required.
  • Where applicable, registration with the SSSC within 6 months of start date.
  • Preferred: valid UK driving licence (not essential).
