Location: Peterhead
Duration: Permanent
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 0800 – 1700

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will act as the primary client focal point for both onshore and offshore users, ensuring all issues and queries are responded to promptly, professionally, and accurately. You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with client contacts, supporting the efficient coordination of all materials movement and storage activities in accordance with agreed procedures, operational requirements, and company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory activities including work orders, stock movements, returns, repair items, and scrap disposals.
  • Coordinate shipments in line with sailing schedules, arranging transportation, inspection, repair, and relocation of inventory as required.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and material movements within Company and Client ERP systems, including stock counts and discrepancy investigations.
  • Provide operational and analytical support to meet business and client requirements.
  • Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards across the site, ensuring clear segregation between personnel and plant equipment.
  • Promote safe working practices and support the safe, efficient, and cost effective delivery of all site operations.
  • Assist with SID/AIR investigations and support shipment preparation activities in line with agreed procedures.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key operational processes and deputise for the Team Leader when required.
  • Promote a positive safety culture through LiveSafe Interventions (LSIs) and proactive safety behaviours.
  • Undertake additional duties as required in line with training and competency assessments.

  • Good understanding of Health and Safety legislation and safe working practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Standard Grades/ National 5 (or equivalent)
  • Current Forklift License
  • Dangerous Goods by Sea (IMDG)
  • Dangerous goods by Air (IATA)

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous SAP experience
