Mecca is looking for a Team Member to provide exceptional customer service at our venues or online. The role involves greeting and serving customers, supporting game operations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, licensing and gambling procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
  • Keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
  • Help customers understand how our games work and sustain high energy around the venue.
  • Follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer gambling procedures; challenge age restricted behaviours and report incidents.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and assist across front of house, floor, food & beverage, and cleaning to ensure smooth service flow.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Customer first attitude with great people skills; friendly, upbeat, and helpful.
  • Ability to pace and focus in a busy environment; organised with good attention to detail.
  • Team player energy – clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
  • Previous customer service experience in hospitality, retail or leisure is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
