HGV Class 2 Driver – Edinburgh
£15.40 per hour
Immediate Start
Work until September 2026
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our client based in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity offering steady, ongoing work right through to September 2026.
The Role
This is a multi-vehicle driving position, so experience across a range of vehicle sizes is essential, including:
7.5T
12.5T
15T
Your vehicle will be pre-loaded and ready at the start of each shift, allowing you to focus on efficient and timely deliveries.
You’ll be responsible for delivering ambient and chilled goods to customers, so strong communication and a professional approach are key.
Working Hours
5 days over 6 (every Sunday off)
Early starts from 5:00am
Job & finish schedule
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Be over 25 years old (insurance requirement)
Have proven experience driving multi-weight vehicles
Have no more than 6 points on your licence
Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
