ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST HEALTHCARE
Glasgow Design-Led Employee-Owned Practice
£40,000 – £48,000 depending on experience
A rare opportunity has arisen to join one of Scotland s most respected and design-led architectural practices.
They are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to play a key role in the technical delivery of a nationally significant flagship healthcare project, working across RIBA stages 4 and 5 within a collaborative and technically focused environment.

The role
You will:
- Lead and coordinate technical delivery across RIBA stages 4 5.
- Produce and manage detailed drawing packages and specifications.
- Coordinate architectural information within a wider integrated design team.
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Support BIM coordination and technical compliance.
- Assist with site delivery, technical queries, and construction-stage coordination.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of a nationally significant healthcare project.

Experienced Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technician
- Strong technical and construction knowledge.
- Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA stages 4 5.
- Revit proficiency essential.
- Experience working within BIM Level 2 environments.
- Healthcare project experience beneficial but not essential.
- Strong understanding of Building Regulations and technical standards.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions.
