We are working with a well-established and highly respected civil engineering contractor to assist them in hiring a Contract Manager for their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business delivering a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and construction projects across the Central Belt. The role offers the chance to take ownership of multiple contracts, lead high-performing teams, and play a key role in the continued success of the organisation.

As the Contracts Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
Managing commercial performance, including cost control and forecasting
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Leading and supporting Site Managers and project teams
Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role within construction or civil engineering
Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project financials
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
