Responsibilities

Acting as the direct point of contact for a key client, the Account Manager will manage the start to finish workflow for all print projects, ensuring expected delivery and client satisfaction, and servicing their needs on a daily basis. The role requires high energy, an outgoing personality, and the ability to collaborate with both client and team members.

Qualifications

We are looking for an enthusiastic self starter who is highly motivated and driven. Candidates must have proven experience in a similar role within the printing industry, outstanding communication skills, and be strong problem solvers with an eagerness to learn and grow. The successful applicant will be able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a focus on client satisfaction and quality delivery.

Applicants must be residents of the UK and have recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
