Overview
NHS Fife Nurse Bank is seeking to recruit Registered Nurses (RN, RNC & Midwives). Please note that a separate advert will be released on May 19th for RNMH or RNLD nurses.
We provide supplementary staff to all specialities across the region, supplying 9 hospitals and many community services. We are looking for reliable, experienced and dependable nurses to join our Nurse Bank Service, enabling supplementary staffing to cover periods of staffing shortfalls for Acute and Primary Care Services across NHS Fife.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate well developed clinical and communication skills.
- Provide supplementary staffing on an as and when required basis to cover acute and primary care services.
- Allocate to different shift patterns available for flexible work.
- Work opportunities include Surgical, Medical, Critical Care, Theatre staff and other specialist interests.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Nursing Community (RNC) or Midwife.
- Must hold a valid NMC registration; please include your NMC number in your application under Membership of Professional or Regulatory Bodies. Applications without an NMC number will be marked incomplete.
- Will be required to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment.
- Legally entitled to work in the United Kingdom or Ireland.
