Buyer – Responsibilities

A highly dynamic print and direct mail agency is looking for a buyer to join its team of passionate people. Candidates can either be in a role dedicated to buying or in a production control/account management role which incorporates an element of buying.

• Leverage industry knowledge and networking skills to build supplier relationships and manage contracts with key suppliers to drive best possible results.
• Stand out from the crowd in terms of communication and interpersonal skills; build sustainable relationships with suppliers, contributing to the company’s success.
• Liaise internally, working closely with sales, account management and production teams.
• Negotiate to ensure all materials are purchased at the most competitive price, and delivery, quality and service meet required standards for all projects.
• Be an organized individual, responsible for end to end administration.
