We’re looking for a driven, commercially savvy Conference & Events Sales Manager to take the lead at Easter Road Stadium – an iconic venue and the home of Hibernian FC.
What you’ll be doing
- Driving new business through proactive outreach, networking, and smart market activity
- Turning enquiries into confirmed, revenue generating events
- Hosting engaging venue tours and standout client presentations
- Building strong partnerships with corporates, agencies & local organisations
- Representing the stadium at industry events and networking opportunities
- Owning your sales pipeline and performance through CRM tracking
- Working closely with operations & catering to deliver seamless, memorable events
- Consistently hitting (and exceeding) targets and revenue goals

- Ability to build relationships and close deals
- Confidence presenting, pitching, and influencing at all levels
