We’re looking for a driven, commercially savvy Conference & Events Sales Manager to take the lead at Easter Road Stadium – an iconic venue and the home of Hibernian FC.

What you’ll be doing

  • Driving new business through proactive outreach, networking, and smart market activity
  • Turning enquiries into confirmed, revenue generating events
  • Hosting engaging venue tours and standout client presentations
  • Building strong partnerships with corporates, agencies & local organisations
  • Representing the stadium at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Owning your sales pipeline and performance through CRM tracking
  • Working closely with operations & catering to deliver seamless, memorable events
  • Consistently hitting (and exceeding) targets and revenue goals

What can you bring

  • Proven experience in venue, hotel, or events sales
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals
  • Confidence presenting, pitching, and influencing at all levels
