Location: Bellshill, Scotland
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Salary: £16.50 and £18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x hourly rate
- 30days holiday (including Bank Holidays) rising to 33 days after 5 years

You are a skilled and experienced technician with a background in servicing, repairing, and maintaining vans in a commercial vehicle environment.
You hold either:
A Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or a Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- You have strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, take initiative in your work, and thrive as part of a team.
- A full, valid UK driving licence is essential. An HGV licence would be an advantage or something you’re willing to work towards with our support.
What will you do as an LCV Technician?
As part of our dedicated Light Commercial Vehicle team, you will carry out high-quality servicing and repairs across a range of vehicles, including both electric (EV) and internal combustion engine (ICE) models. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines.
- Diagnosing faults accurately using the latest diagnostic equipment and technology.
- Preparing vehicles for MOTs and conducting thorough safety inspections.
- Working to high standards that meet or exceed both manufacturer and VOSA requirements.
- Communicating effectively with the Shift Supervisor to ensure clarity on job specifications and timeframes.
- Completing all required documentation and following company processes.
