Facilities Department – BGH & East Area Kelso to Eyemouth Range General Services Supervisor
36 hours per week (Monday to Sunday shift pattern rota)
We currently require a General Services Supervisor to join an excellent team of staff at Borders General Hospital. Working location would be our east area covering from BGH & Kelso to Eyemouth Areas.
The successful candidate will be required to work weekdays and weekends on a rolling shift pattern rota of early and late shifts as required.
Applicants will be required to demonstrate a high level of competence in domestic activities, flexibility and knowledge of the NHS Borders Behavioural Framework.
As from 1st April 2026 the Agenda for Change full time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
