Description
The Private Client Senior Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate will be:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on private client matters, including wills, trusts, and estate planning.
- Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of legal services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering a professional and empathetic approach.
- Draft and review legal documents with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver integrated and holistic solutions to clients.
- Keep up-to-date with legal developments and changes in legislation affecting private client law.
- Represent clients in negotiations and provide advocacy where required.

Profile
The Private Client Senior Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate should be:
A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE in private client work
Experienced in handling wills, trusts, executries, and tax planning
Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills
Able to manage their own caseload independently
A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
