Position:

2x Graduate Apprentice Developer (AI & Data Science). Fully funded degree: we pay your tuition; you get a salary.

Hours:

  • 2x 36 hours per week.
  • Monday: 9:30am – 5:00pm; Tue-Thu: 9:00am – 5:00pm; Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm.

This post is offered on a fixed term basis for 48 months.

What you will do:

  • Data creation and advanced statistical analysis.
  • Modern developer software and geographical packages.
  • Following NHS data standards and information management.
  • Building robust, intuitive digital products for senior stakeholders.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required for this post:

  • From School: SQA Highers at BBCC (including Maths or Computing) plus Nat 5 English (C).
  • Foundation Apprenticeship: Accepted and counts as a “B” at Higher level.
  • Experienced Applicants: Prior work experience or an HNC/HND considered via Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, data, and how things work.
  • Ability to explain ideas clearly to non tech colleagues.
  • Motivated, can do attitude.
