Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our busy office in Coatbridge. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, ideally with previous experience in a legal or conveyancing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative support to solicitors and legal staff
  • Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing and maintaining client files (paper and digital)
  • Filing, scanning, and document organisation
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Answering telephone calls and taking messages
  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
  • Assisting with conveyancing administration (preferred)

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous administrative experience (essential)
  • Experience within a legal or conveyancing environment (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly:
    • Outlook
    • Excel
    • Word
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Professional and friendly communication manner
