Location – Kilwinning
Salary – Dependent on age and experience (additionally both Overtime and Bonus are available)
Job Type – Full Time, Permanent
All levels of experience considered
Full training will be provided and there will be an opportunity for accreditation
Your day-to-day duties will include
- The procurement of parts from various suppliers
- Ensuring stock levels of fast moving parts are maintained
- Researching and sourcing the most cost effective parts whilst ensuring quality and compatibility
- Liaising with the workshop and the sales team regularly to ensure the accuracy of orders and to advise on availability
- Processing invoices and credit notes from suppliers
- Keeping the parts department tidy whilst ensuring health and safety guidelines are adhered to
The key skills required are
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Good organisational skills
- A genuine desire for customer care
Motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential
