Job Overview

Our Kitchen Porters play a crucial role in our kitchen teams, working closely with the Head Chef, Kitchen and Front of House teams to deliver clean kitchens and great hospitality to guests and staff.

The KP’s are passionate about cleanliness and supporting the team to deliver high-quality food. They are responsible for all aspects of their station, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen.

Responsibilities

Working collaboratively within the team, the KP consistently upholds cleaning and tidiness standards. KP’s wash dishes, assist with food preparation, deep clean equipment, and ensure hygiene standards are maintained at a high level.

Qualifications

  • Preferably have a Level 2 in food hygiene and experience of all current legislation.
  • A passion for cleanliness.
  • Confident communication skills and an understanding of the hard work required to meet our standards.
  • First class attention to detail and a drive to perform consistently at a high level.
  • Willingness to engage in the kitchen service, learn new skills, and collaborate with the wider team at both venue and group levels.

Skill and experience are necessary, but we also seek individuals who share our vision for a better hospitality industry and see themselves contributing to this goal.
