Overview
Easthall Park Housing Association is a community-based housing association and registered charity situated in the Easterhouse area of Glasgow. We own 695 properties and provide a factoring management service to 54 owner-occupiers.
Job title
Finance Officer – Attend to financial, accounting, and administration tasks in the finance function.
Responsibilities
- Operational finance and accounting tasks including payment of invoices, reconciliations, bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and administration associated with internal and external audits.
- Assist the Head of Finance & Corporate Services with the annual budget, monthly management accounts, and financial projections and plans.
Qualifications
- Relevant accountancy qualification.
- Experience in operational finance and accounting tasks.
- Proficiency in office ICT and accounting software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and committed to excel in the role.
