The Payload (Pay & Perks)
- Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 basic (Depending on your experience).
- Bonus: Earn up to £6,000 in performance bonuses (OTE £41,000).
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Fair Saturday morning rota).
- Training: Structured, fully-funded courses in Diagnostics and Hybrid/EV technology.
- Support: Work alongside senior mentors who will actually teach you the trade.
- Location: Modern Brighton workshop, easily reachable from Hove, Shoreham, and Worthing.
What You Will Be Doing
- Developing Skills: Moving beyond basic servicing into complex mechanical repairs.
- Tech-First Learning: Using the latest diagnostic tools to find and fix faults.
- Modern Maintenance: Handling servicing and repairs for a huge variety of modern vehicles.
- Career Building: Progressing toward your Level 3 status with our full financial backing.
Are You The One?
- You have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a workshop.
- You are qualified to Level 2 minimum (Level 3 is great, but we can help you get there).
- You hold a full UK Driving Licence and a “can-do” attitude.
- You are based in or near Brighton and want a stable, long-term career.
