Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Waiter/Waitress to join the food & beverage team at our prestigious 4-star hotel in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service in a high-quality environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional table service to guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver a high standard of service in line with 4-star hotel expectations
• Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant and service areas
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, ideally within a hotel or high-end restaurant
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive, professional attitude and a strong team ethic
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
