Retail Assistant (Athlete) PT 8H – Glasgow Rise
NIKE Glasgow Rise is looking for a part time (8 hours) Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world class service to the consumer.
What you bring
- Using your expertise in providing exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Supporting various store departments (e.g., operating the cash register, managing inventory, restocking products, building visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
- Using your knowledge of digital devices to bridge online and offline sales or services in the store.
- Informing consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Improving your own knowledge via tools and training courses to stay updated and gain insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
Availability
- Part time 8 hours per week.
- Must be available weekends.
- Available between 9 am – 9 pm.
Relocation is not currently available for this vacancy.
