From 1 April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will reduce from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be reduced pro-rata, with a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay is not affected. The post requires PVG Scheme membership/record. If not currently a PVG member for the required regulatory group, an application to Disclosure Scotland is required before starting in post.
The post involves working in NHS Lothian and joining the Main X-Ray, Fluoroscopy and Interventional team. You will work as part of a friendly and experienced multidisciplinary team, contributing to high-quality patient care while gaining experience across a variety of imaging techniques.
What you’ll bring
- A degree (or equivalent) in Radiography and HCPC registration
- A caring and compassionate approach to patient care
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and develop skills across general radiography, theatre, fluoroscopy and intervention
- A proactive and flexible attitude and ability to work shifts
