Hours: To work all home games for the 2026/27 season

Role Overview
Join our award winning customer service team for the 2026/27 season! You will play a key part in ensuring our fans have an unforgettable matchday experience, from processing bookings on the phone to serving fans at our ticket booths.
Responsibilities
- Process bookings on the phone and at ticket booths.
- Serve fans during all 19 home Premier League home games and any additional cup games.
- Work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Provide outstanding support to fans throughout the matchday.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer service or sales environment.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Good problem solving skills.
