Job Description

FINTEC recruit is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex product design and development projects for our client based in Aberdeen.

You’ll manage projects end to end, leading cross functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role is hybrid with occasional UK and international travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver complex projects across the full lifecycle
  • Lead multidisciplinary, global teams
  • Manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resources
  • Identify and manage risks, change control, and contracts
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships

Skills & Experience

  • Mechanical engineering and manufacturing background
  • Experience delivering NPD projects through gated processes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills

Requirements

  • Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2 or similar)
  • SC level security clearance (or eligibility)
  • Maritime or defence experience preferred
