Back shift: 13:30 – 21:00
Days: Monday to Friday - Post 2 – Lynebank Hospital

Role Overview
Join our supervisory team at Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline, Fife. The role supports the local and wider support services team, providing guidance and training to staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory support to large teams and the cleaning sector.
- Communicate effectively with other services.
- Cover additional shifts, including weekends, on short notice as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous supervisory experience, preferably with large teams.
- Experience working in the cleaning sector.
- Strong teamwork and flexibility within a fast paced environment.
- PC literate.
- Cleaning or supervisory qualification desirable.
Requirements
- Must become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment.
- Legally entitled to work in the United Kingdom (UK).
