Job Description

Connect Appointments is recruiting an Automotive Service Administrator to join an established Falkirk-based client on a temporary to permanent basis.

Our client is a well-established business operating within the automotive sector, offering a friendly working environment and a competitive benefits package.

What’s on offer?

  • Temporary to permanent opportunity
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • £28,000 per annum
  • 31 days holiday per year

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong supplier relationships
  • Conducting stock control duties and managing parts ordering
  • Completing data entry and general administration tasks accurately
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing all relevant paperwork

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar administration or automotive role
  • Strong attention to detail and good computer skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A full UK driving licence (beneficial but not essential)
