Job Description:
Search Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Gateman / Traffic Marshall to work on a busy construction site in Edinburgh. This is a key role ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and personnel on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing site access and egress for all vehicles and deliveries
Directing traffic safely around the construction site
Ensuring all visitors sign in and adhere to site safety procedures
Maintaining security of the site entrance
Communicating effectively with site management and delivery drivers
Upholding health and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card (essential)
Previous experience working as a Gateman or Traffic Marshall on construction sites
Good communication skills
Strong awareness of health and safety regulations
Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
