Be Personnel is recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a leading global seafood company and the largest producer of Atlantic salmon.
Free transport from Airdrie.
Pay & benefits:
- £13.20 per hour, overtime £19.80
- Progression: £13.60 (Skilled) / £14.34 (Advanced)
- Temp-to-perm opportunities

Shifts:
06 30 on a 2-2-3 rotation
Role:
Working on a production line preparing smoked, infused, and fresh salmon to specification.
You will:
- Ideally have food production or manual work experience
- Be reliable and punctual
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Be physically capable
- Be flexible with shifts
