Job Title: Assistant NEC4 Supervisor

Rate: £40 per hour (Inside IR35/CIS) may be negotiable
Hours: 40 per week
Contract Type: Freelance / Contract
About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Assistant NEC4 Supervisor to support the delivery of a major transport infrastructure project between Tomatin and Moy.
You will assist the Supervisor and Deputy Supervisors in overseeing construction, completion, and maintenance activities, ensuring works are delivered in line with contract requirements and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day construction activities on site
Ensure contractor compliance with Quality Management Systems
Identify and report defects and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
Oversee the rectification of defects by contractors
Provide regular progress updates to the Supervisor and Deputy Supervisors
Requirements
Experience in a similar role on major transport infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts
Experience supervising or monitoring contractor activities
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and defect management
Additional Information
First day: Site induction at Tomatin to Moy
Expenses: Not covered/required
