We are working with a well-respected and growing engineering services organisation to assist them in hiring a Contracts Manager for their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional to take ownership of key contracts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will play a crucial role in managing client relationships while driving operational excellence across multiple projects.
As the Contracts Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts from award through to completion
Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact
Ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual, commercial, and operational requirements
Monitoring project performance, costs, and risks
Coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery
Supporting commercial negotiations, variations, and dispute resolution
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within engineering, construction, or a related sector
Strong commercial and contractual awareness
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
