Job Description

We are seeking an experienced & passionate bread baker to run the morning shift – 40 hours a week – 4/5 days a week.

Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, including sourdough & baguettes. Prove & bake morning pastries, buns, rolls etc.
Mix, scale, and shape doughs according to recipes and production requirements

Ensure products are consistent throughout

Ensure a clean & tidy working environment
