Job Title: Roadside Civil Operative
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and hands-on Roadside Civil Operative to join our growing team.
Job Description:
This is a site-based role involving a variety of roadside civil works, with a strong focus on signage. We are looking for a reliable all-rounder who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and willing to get involved in all aspects of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of road signage
- General civil and groundwork duties
- Assisting with traffic management
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
- Supporting the wider team on-site
Requirements:
- Previous experience in roadside or civil works (essential)
- CSCS card (preferred)
- NRSWA qualification (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong work ethic and a hands-on approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
