Your responsibilities as a Skilled Production Butcher
- Carry out boning, trimming, and general butchery to a high standard
- Work accurately to detailed client specifications
- Process high daily volumes while maintaining consistency and quality
- Demonstrate knowledge of carcass breakdown and muscle groups
- Work collaboratively with the wider production team
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and operational standards
What we re looking for in a Skilled Production Butcher
- Strong butchery fundamentals including knife skills, boning, and trimming
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of carcass structure and meat cuts
- Background in production or high-volume butchery environments including boning halls or meat processing facilities
