- Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements effectively.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs promptly.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for all lettings activities.
- Coordinate property inspections and manage maintenance requests efficiently.
- Stay updated on property market trends and legislation changes.
- Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

A successful Lettings Manager should have:
