Description
- Manage a caseload of executry files, ensuring timely and accurate administration.
- Prepare and submit applications for Confirmation to the relevant authorities.
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties to gather necessary information and provide updates.
- Draft and review legal documents, including wills and powers of attorney.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organised case records and documentation.
- Assist with the distribution of estates and preparation of accounts.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as required.
Profile
A successful Executry Paralegal should have:
- Previous experience in estate administration or a similar legal role.
- A strong understanding of executry processes and relevant legislation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office.
