Job Description
Our client is looking for a Finance Supervisor to join their team. This can be on a full or part time basis and will be fully office based. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing organisation headquartered in Inverness.
They are looking for someone with experience in accounts who is looking to join a supportive and fast paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing Invoices/Credit notes to valid Purchase Orders
- Completion of Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Dealing with Supplier queries
- Processing Company Credit Card reports, ensuring adherence to policy
- Drafting VAT returns for review
- Assisting with month end accounts and month end journals
- Liaising with and assisting Finance Managers
- Supervising and assisting the Transaction Team
- Adherence to all company policies, financial processes and controls
Desirable Attributes:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role is essential
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and proactive
